Target Audience:This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of rheumatologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners involved in the care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Learning Objectives: After the completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the epidemiology of gout
  • Be aware of unmet needs and challenges of gout management
  • Review ACR guidelines for the management of gout
  • Discuss new and emerging therapies for gout
